One egg a day reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke

Specialists from the US, studied the relationship between consumption of eggs and heart attacks and strokes, concluded that regular use of one egg per day reduces the risk of stroke by 12 percent. Scientists say that eggs are very useful product. In a large egg contains six grams protein, antioxidants lutein and vitamin E, D and A. It is known that antioxidants are protection of oxidative stress and inflammation in the body.


A protein helps  reduce blood pressure. Associates of the University of Massachusetts warn that regular use of animal protein contained in red meat and eggs are dangerous for the health of some people. Animal protein increases the risk of premature death of people who have irregular lifestyles are suffering from obesity or are too weak.
